Some regions/ countries that cannot be shipped: Africa, China, South Korea, Japan, Western Sahara, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Egypt.

Shipping Time
All the order will need 2-4 business days for preparation and package, not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.)
The products will arranged from our overseas warehouse ( in EU, US, etc.) in advance in general.
A shipment usually takes 3-15 business days to arrive, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

About Tax
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

For special shipping requests, please contact 5StarTool support team. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact 5StarTool support team in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. 5StarTool orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
